Who is Ensono?

How will the acquisition change  Amido’s  service offering? 

The acquisition expands our cloud native capabilities and means that we that we can now provide complete, end-to-end support to clients across their entire IT estate. We can drive better outcomes for clients through strategy, design, architecture, engineering and managed services – with a skillset that spans mainframe, private and public cloud.

 Our vision remains the same: to apply our thinking to build a better world, founded on intelligent technologies. And with our broadened offering, we can now deliver on this vision, faster.

Will both companies be integrated? 

Initially,  Amido will operate as “Amido, an Ensono company” and be integrated over time.   

What are the plans for existing  Amido team members? 

The Amido organisational structure will remain in place and our leadership team will continue to guide the direction of the business. Alan Walsh, Amido’s CEO, will continue to run the business and will be reporting into Larry Goldberg, Senior Vice President, Global Advisory and Consulting Services at Ensono.

How will this acquisition benefit  Amido  clients? 

The addition of Ensono’s capabilities provides Amido with the global scale and reach to support clients in new geographies and industry verticals. We’ll be delivering the same high-value consulting and delivery services – supercharged by access to global talent and resources, modern workplace capabilities and the added operational security of 24/7 managed services.

We’ll be able help them build for the future and give them everything they need to design, build and run successful digital transformations and business as usual operations, delivered by a highly experienced team with specialist skills across every facet.
