We worked with Cancer Central, Microsoft and NHS 24 to collaboratively turn this around in record time to give the NHS a fully implemented solution, fast.
Our mission is to create a better world founded on intelligent technologies and we are proud to do our bit to support our incredible health service. Our combined efforts resulted in a 50% click through rate to self-help support, reducing call volumes to their overburdened NHS 24 call centres.
Fake news and misinformation have been rife throughout the pandemic and we’re delighted to have been able to create a trusted platform that delivers accurate, clinical information to over 300,000 people worried about their symptoms.
