Celebrations today at Ensono Digital as we have just found out that we’ve been awarded the Microsoft Kubernetes on Azure Advanced Specialism.
This accreditation is only given to partners who can demonstrate proven AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) implementations in client projects, show a thorough understanding of DevOps best practice, and have individual team members certified by Microsoft for their skills. Ensono Digital is now one of ten Microsoft Partners in the UK to have achieved the specialism, following a rigorous audit.
Only Microsoft Gold Partners using AKS in at least three large scale enterprise projects are considered for the specialism. The Kubernetes specialisation sits above the five Microsoft Gold Partner certifications we already have, which include Application Development, Cloud Platform Delivery and Data Analytics.
With more organisations adopting cloud technologies, we’re increasingly seeing clients such as ASOS and its hyperscale ecommerce platform project, use Kubernetes to access cloud-native benefits like scalability, performance and security.
Kubernetes also reduces the cost of technology investment as it gives companies the ability to scale their functionality based on need, meaning they can see return on investment faster. It is because of these benefits that we’ve included software like AKS in Ensono Digital Stacks, our cloud-native software factor for digital transformations that work, which we launched last week.
At Ensono Digital we’ve always invested in our people’s training, and so we’re thrilled to have earned the Kubernetes on Azure Advanced Specialism in recognition of our engineers’ skills and hard work.
