My vision for Ensono Digital was always to create a technology consultancy that delivered for our clients and our people alike. For more than ten years we’ve grown organically, refining our core values, building our client base, and honing a portfolio of cloud-native and data services, backed up by our engineering excellence.  

We’ve established ourselves as a magnet for world-class talent and we’re all enjoying delivering the work of our lives. We’re at the top of our game.

But it’s time to play in a higher league. It’s time to start winning at the next level.

Over the last two years I’ve watched the confluence of technology, global pandemic and market drivers accelerate the changes our customers and partners are making, and I know that now is the time for us to push on too, and take Ensono Digital forward at pace.

As founder and CEO I am immensely proud of what we’ve built and the relationships that we’ve created. Ensono Digital (ami-do) signifies ‘friends that do’ – and our team, our colleagues, our clients, and our partners are all our people. We wouldn’t be in this position without these people, they are our value, they mean everything. It is their brilliance and contribution that has got us to a significant milestone in the history of the business we have built together.    

But if you’re driven and want the best for your people there is only so much you can do alone. I have always wanted to give Ensono Digital the best and enable the business to fulfill its enormous potential. So, it’s time to propel ourselves forward again, so that we can deliver even more value and better outcomes for our clients and ourselves.

I chose Ensono for a number of reasons. Or maybe it’s just one – because we fit.  

We fit together because Ensono brings us the scope to take Ensono Digital to a global market. As a well-established business of 2,400 plus with offices in Europe, North America and India, they have the reach and the experience of an international consultancy with the intimacy and values of an SME.  

We fit together because those values mesh with ours; we share our passion for innovation, transparency, curiosity, collaboration and making the world a better place. As an Ensono company, we will be able to extend our expertise further: by accessing international talent; by giving our teams even more exciting challenges to tackle; and sharing our knowledge with new, likeminded colleagues and clients.  

We fit because our services are complementary. Together with Ensono we can offer the complete stack and deliver more – both to our clients and our employees. That offering will include more R&D, more breadth of service, more projects that challenge, excite and motivate us, and even better business outcomes.

We’re ready to work

I am exceptionally proud of the leadership team that we have here at Ensono Digital, solid relationships built on absolute trust and respect. We are all wholly invested in this new chapter and are here to stay. Together we will continue to guide the direction of the business and capitalise on the fantastic opportunities that Ensono delivers by bringing our engineering excellence and consulting talent to the table every day.  

I can’t lie, I am emotional about the future.  

I feel a huge amount of pride in seeing something I created take the next big step in fulfilling its enormous potential. It’s the excitement of the endless possibilities that are there for everyone who has made our business what it is today.
